Munira Al Sayegh (Instagram) is an independent curator and cultural leader based in Abu Dhabi. As the founder of Dirwaza Curatorial Lab, a UAE-based curatorial incubator, she has led numerous projects centred around grassroots initiatives and the reclamation of regional narratives. Al Sayegh advocates for non-government-funded creative platforms and has been instrumental in initiatives such as Art Dubai’s Residents section and Abu Dhabi Art’s Talks Program, playing a key role in shaping the Gulf’s cultural landscape.
