House of Hype (Instagram) will soon be open to the public in Dubai Mall’s Chinatown, offering a unique mix of interactive storytelling, gaming, performances, and retail. Designed to encourage exploration and creativity, the space provides over 100 different experiences, each with a focus on audience participation.

At the heart of the experience are immersive digital environments, shifting between neon cityscapes, glowing gardens, and surreal landscapes. Visitors can interact with these spaces through games, performances, and content creation stations designed to let them generate shareable moments.

No passive experience, House of Hype is built around engagement. Visitors can take part in live game shows, test their skills in interactive challenges, or create digital avatars. Unlike traditional attractions, the space adapts to the audience, with performances and activities unfolding dynamically throughout the day.

For those interested in gaming, House of Hype features both video game-inspired environments and live competitions where guests can earn rewards. Digital collectibles and an in-house currency, HyperCoin, add another interactive layer, allowing players to unlock perks and discounts.

With Dubai cementing its position as a global hub for tech-driven entertainment, House of Hype fits into the city’s broader trend of merging digital and physical experiences. The concept was developed by HyperSpace, the creators of AYA Universe, and seeks to bridge online and in-person engagement.

The attraction includes traditional elements like food and retail and these too are approached with a sense of playfulness. From experimental food pairings to fashion experiences designed for digital customization, every element is meant to feel integrated into the interactive world.
