As festive gifting goes, Balenciaga may have just pipped everyone else to the top of the list. Under its Balenciaga Objects line, the maison has just announced the launch of branded objects that range across homeware, pet ware, and scent, spanning everyday items and limited-edition collectables. These giftable items appear in their latest campaign called the Balenciaga Gift Shop.
Balenciaga Hotel & Resorts branding and artwork can be seen on homeware items like a teapot, plates, bowls, and other crockery produced in collaboration with Ginori 1735. The items also include a bath rug, towel and doormat. Home items also include gold and silver-rimmed wine and champagne glasses, coaster sets, as well as ceramic energy krugs – all of which are marked with custom designs. The collection is vast, spanning almost every part of your home, and the maison included bespoke furniture that includes a bench created by artist Tejo Remy, using upcycled materials. The bench is made to order and is available in three sizes.
Elsewhere, a series of Balenciaga signature products in fine materials include a Triple S sneaker as a gold-plated sculpture, the knife pump as a crystal glass bud vase, the Babes Tote as a large ceramic vase and a cap, Le Cagole boot, and Dynasty sunglasses as hand-painted ornaments. The collections also include a fitness mat, Balenciaga tape, and a jersey pillow made from upcycled T-shirts.Â
Petware comes in the form of a spiked dog bowl, a dog lease that imitates a double-sided tape measure, and harnesses and necklaces which would add a little luxury to your next morning walk in the park.
The line is completed with Balenciaga scent, which comes in the form of soap, set in a travel case, and in a ceramic scented tag which could be used in your closet. The scent also comes in the form of cones, made for an incense rabbit.
The campaign is shot by Gabriele Galimberti, and the products are available at select Balenciaga stores.Â
