For music purists and vinyl aficionados, Honeycomb Hi-Fi (Instagram) is about to deliver an electrifying evening celebrating Kraftwerk—the German pioneers who shaped electronic music as we know it today. More than just a tribute, this event is a deep dive into the band’s groundbreaking artistry, bringing together music lovers, collectors, and culture enthusiasts for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Taking place on Thursday, February 27, from 7:30 PM onwards, Honeycomb Hi-Fi will transform into a sonic time capsule, immersing guests in the world of Kraftwerk. Attendees will have the rare opportunity to explore an intimate exhibition featuring original Kraftwerk vinyl records and artifacts, a fitting homage to the band’s revolutionary sound that dominated the 70s and 80s.

Adding depth to the evening, Toby Mott, a renowned cultural historian and collector, will share his personal insights on Kraftwerk’s lasting impact on music and culture. Famed for preserving significant cultural artifacts, Mott’s presence elevates this event into something truly special. Guests will also have the chance to purchase an exclusive Kraftwerk book—curated and published by Honeycomb Hi-Fi—and have it personally signed by Mott himself.

As the night progresses, the vinyl-only set by DJ Ken will take centre stage, filling the air with a meticulously curated soundtrack that bridges Kraftwerk’s influence with contemporary electronic beats.

Whether you’re a lifelong fan, a record collector, or simply someone intrigued by the roots of electronic music, this event promises a unique blend of art, music, and community.
