Anthony Vaccarello has released his latest must-have clutch bag as part of Saint Laurent’s Fall 22 campaign. Laurent’s Evening Clutch embodies a ’70’s feel, a sleek silhouette accompanied by a dandy feel. it is, after all, Saint Laurent, and embodies the brand’s ultrachic aesthetic. But 2022 has proven to be a year of handheld accessories, and every label out there has put out at least one bag for the season.

Prada’s Saffiano leather belt bag is a luxurious accessory for anyone that needs a little carrying device. The logo has served as an inspiration for the house’s latest creation that is crafted from Saffiano leather, a classic material used by Prada and characterised by its crosshatch texture. The accessory can also be worn as a pouch, to serve as the perfect elevation to your style.
Louis Vuitton Paint Can Bag
First appearing at Louis Vuitton’s Men’s FW/22 runway show – which served to honour Virgil Abloh’s influence on the house – the Paint Can Bag comes complete with a chrome LV-embossed handle and ring top that flips open via its leather hinge. The exterior of the bag, which now comes in Lagoon, Green, and Yellow, features “Exterior Paint” emblazoned front and centre.
JW Anderson FW/22 Pigeon Clutch Bag
We imagine this to be the bag for those who want to wing it. Jonathan Anderson is not afraid to push the boundaries, especially at his eponymous label. For the FW/22 season, the designer released the Pigeon Clutch Bag. Created through a 3D printing machine that builds a life-size bird with all its different coloured hues, the correct form is for it to be hand held, with access to the interior achieved (fantastically) by opening the wing.
Balenciaga x Bang & Olufsen Speaker Bag
Designed by Balenciaga’s Creative Director Demna Gvasalia in collaboration with Bang & Olufsen, the speaker bag is the halfway mark between a boombox and a couture object. Limited to just 20 pieces, it’s milled from a solid block of aluminium and then pearl-blasted and hand-polished. With control buttons beneath the handle and access to the main compartment via a flap at the back, it’s the ultimate marriage of music and, well, somewhere to put your keys.
