No one does it like Supreme when discussing collaborations in the fashion industry. The streetwear brand has become gods of collabs, and after a small hiatus, the brand reunited with The North Face for Spring 2022.
The second collaboration between the duo is a retake on The North Face’s Trekking line and aims to keep you outdoors in the warmer season. The collection comprises a trekking convertible jacket, hooded sweatshirt, short sleeve shirt, and T-shirts, as well as belted pants and sweatpants. Accessories in the collection come in camp caps, crushers, convertible backpacks, waist bags, and sandals.
All the pieces in the collection are crafted from sustainable and resistant nylon. One of the standout pieces from the collection is the function-focused, water-resistant Trekking convertible jacket that is constructed from recycled nylon and features zip-off sleeves at the elbow and shoulders. The jacket is accompanied by matching Trekking zip-off belted pants.
Other offerings in the collection feature embroidered logos. The collection also features a bandana hooded sweatshirt, sweatpants, and T-shirts, introducing the new bold bandana applique. Most pieces are cut from the same weather-resistant nylon and feature monochrome palettes and multi-colour florals.
For footwear, the duo has decided to go with a simple pair of slides that also features sustainable materials. The slides come with a nylon ripstop and open mesh uppers. The lug rubber outsoles are indented for traction just in case you decide to wear these through a full trek.
