Abu Dhabi’s cultural scene is set to shine with a unique presentation of Italian cinematic excellence. Maison Valentino (Instagram) in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), is hosting Valentino Cinema, an exclusive four-night event showcasing the legendary works of Italian filmmaker Federico Fellini.
From 13 January until tomorrow night, the 421 Art Campus has transformed into a hub of cinematic inspiration, offering a rare opportunity to experience the allure of Rome through the lens of Fellini’s masterpieces.
Drawing from the eternal appeal of Rome, Valentino’s Avant Les Dรฉbuts campaign has been a tribute to the cityโs cinematic legacy. Creative Director Alessandro Michele found inspiration in Felliniโs unparalleled storytelling, embedding his visionary perspective into the Maisonโs narrative. Now, this celebration of Italian artistry travels to Abu Dhabi, a city equally known for its cultural sophistication and innovative approach to luxury.
Noura Al Foulathi of ADIO captured the essence of this collaboration, stating, โOur partnership with Maison Valentino has allowed us to create a truly unique experience that honors the brandโs iconic legacy in Italian cinema while reflecting Abu Dhabiโs vision for luxury. By merging luxury fashion, arts, and the emirateโs rich cultural heritage, this event celebrates how Abu Dhabi is redefining elegance in the Arab world through a seamless blend of tradition and innovation, reaffirming its position as a global destination for world-class experiences.โ
The Valentino Cinema event brings together art, fashion, and culture through carefully curated screenings and discussions:
- January 13th and 14th: These nights showed Fellini’s Roma, a vibrant homage to the Eternal City.
- January 15th: Tonight itโs the turn of the iconic La Dolce Vita, capturing the glamour and complexities of Italian life.
- January 16th: Tomorrow sees the showing of 8 ยฝ, a cinematic exploration of creativity and self-reflection.
Each evening promises an immersive experience, with the opening night featuring live music and an engaging panel discussion.
