The collection, comprising a curated selection of “core” looks in black and ivory, encapsulates Taller Marmo’s essence. With pieces like the Mrs. Ross Kaftan, the Gina Dress, the 1970 Dress, the Bolkan Dress, and the Feathered Ubud Dress, Taller Marmo Classics offers timeless investment pieces. Crafted from crepe cady and occasionally adorned with fluid fringes and vaporous feathers, these garments are designed to be passed down through generations, making every woman feel extraordinary.
At the heart of Taller Marmo lies a commitment to craftsmanship in its purest form. The brand’s collections are entirely made in Italy by skilled seamstresses working in small and medium family-owned factories. Production is managed internally to ensure top-notch quality control and control. What’s more, the factories are strategically located near Taller Marmo’s headquarters and distribution center to minimize the brand’s carbon footprint.
Taller Marmo’s dedication to sustainability extends to their materials. The viscose is FSC certified, ensuring responsible sourcing. Their polyester is recycled, and even the sequins are crafted from recycled plastic taken from the ocean, a testament to the brand’s commitment to environmental conservation. The cotton is part of the Better Cotton Initiative, promoting sustainable production. The jacquards and fil coupé fabrics are crafted by a historic family-owned silk mill in Como, Italy, preserving traditional craftsmanship. Lastly, the feathers are ethically sourced from South Africa and meticulously assembled by hand in Florence, Italy.
