Over two electrifying days, the Italian automaker hosted an immersive experience for VIPs, media, and motorsport aficionados, setting the stage for what is arguably one of the most exciting track-inspired road cars of the decade.
The GT2 Stradale, a road-legal evolution of Maserati’s championship-winning GT2 race car, made its overseas debut in spectacular fashion. The track-ready machine, which dominated the Fanatec GT2 European Series Championship 2024, boasts an impressive 640 CV Nettuno V6 engine, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in a staggering 2.8 seconds with a top speed of 324 km/h. Featuring CORSA DRIVE MODE, the GT2 Stradale ensures an unparalleled driving experience for those craving a taste of motorsport on the open road. With only 914 units available, paying tribute to Maserati’s founding year, this exclusive collector’s model is a rare gem.
Maserati’s YMC takeover was an all-encompassing luxury automotive experience. Guests stayed at the iconic W Hotel Abu Dhabi, overlooking the world-renowned circuit, setting the tone for two days of high-octane thrills.
Inside Maserati’s garage, attendees explored the brand’s Fuoriserie personalization program, configured their dream Maserati, and got an exclusive look at the Folgore Formula E race car, set to make waves in Season 11. To top it off, a professional driver delivered pulse-racing hot laps in the GT2 Stradale, giving lucky guests a firsthand feel of its raw power.
While the GT2 Stradale stole the spotlight, Maserati showcased an arsenal of performance and luxury vehicles including the GranTurismo and Grecale Folgore, GranCabrio Trofeo, and MC20. Guests test-drove the GranTurismo Trofeo and GranTurismo Modena, two grand tourers that perfectly balance comfort and speed. The event concluded with an exclusive Maserati-curated dinner at Cipriani Yas Marina, paying homage to Modena’s rich culinary heritage. Guests indulged in a four-course feast featuring signature dishes like Tortellini in Brodo and Modena-style vanilla gelato with balsamic drizzle, celebrating the fusion of Italian craftsmanship in both gastronomy and automotive design.
